The authors are thankful to theManagement Information System(MIS) units of the Directorate&#xD;
General of Health Services (DGHS) and the Directorate General of Family Planning (DGFP)&#xD;
under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&amp;FW) for their continuous support at&#xD;
different stages of the study and for sharing their dataset to assess its quality. We are also&#xD;

Abstract: The Ipas Bangladesh humanitarian response program evaluation was commissioned&#xD;
by the Maternal and Child Health Division (MCHD) of icddr,b (International Centre for&#xD;
Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh), Dhaka, Bangladesh. The icddr,b team would like&#xD;
to thank Ipas Bangladesh country office colleagues for their continuous support and&#xD;
cooperation to conduct the evaluation within the limited timeframe.&#xD;
This work would not have been possible without active participation of the stakeholders&#xD;
(program head, service providers, facility managers, program managers) from Ipas&#xD;
Bangladesh, BAPSA, UNFPA, IOM, Hope Field Hospital for Women, BDRCS Field Hospital,&#xD;
