| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the quality of the training of traditional birth attendants (TBAs) under a national training scheme, 27 trainers (Family Welfare Visitors) and 155 trained TBAs were interviewed in depth in 25 randomly selected rural thanas of Bangladesh.
